Terms of return and exchange of goods

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection", the client has the right to exchange goods of proper quality within 14 days if they do not fit in shape, color or size.

Exchange and return (14 days)

A return is possible provided that:

✔ the product was not used;
✔ the presentation and packaging are preserved;
✔ available receipt or proof of purchase.

⚠ Special fitting conditions

Dance shoes with signs of use (scratches on the sole, worn material, traces of parquet) are not eligible for return.

Fitting is only allowed on a clean surface.

To be returned, the product must be:

✔ in new condition;
✔ no damage;
✔ fully equipped;
✔ with original packaging;
✔ with a check.

Return of defective goods

If you received a defective or incorrectly packaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We will replace the product or refund your money.

How to make a return

1. Contact the manager.

2. Prepare the goods for shipment.

3. Send the package by a convenient delivery service.

4. Get an exchange or refund after verification.
