Public offer
(contract for the purchase and sale of goods by distance method)

1. General provisions

1.1. This offer is an official proposal of the individual entrepreneur Bondarenko Igor Vladislavovych to conclude a contract for the purchase and sale of goods remotely.

1.2. Acceptance of the offer is considered payment of the order or its confirmation.

2. Subject of the contract

2.1. Transfer of ownership of dance shoes under the terms of this agreement.

3. Ordering procedure

3.1. The order is placed through the website or messengers. The consultation is of a recommendatory nature.

4. Price and payment

4.1. Payment is made to a bank account or by cash on delivery.

5. Delivery and returns

5.1. Delivery is carried out by Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta. Exchange is possible within 14 days, provided that the product is in its original condition.

6. Rights and obligations of the parties

6.1. The seller is not responsible for minor color differences due to screen settings.

6.2. The buyer is responsible for the correctness of the delivery data.

7. Warranty obligations

7.1. The warranty is 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

7.2. The warranty covers manufacturing defects.

8. Warranty Limitations

The warranty does not apply to:

• • natural wear and tear of parts;
• • mechanical damage;
• • use on the street or asphalt;
• • improper care.

9. Custom orders

9.1. Goods made to order are not returnable.

9.2. Prepayment for individual orders is non-refundable.
